Why these domains are mine and can't be hijacked

WIPO Domain Name Decision: D2013-0371

I have Domains for SALE.

They start in the $300k range or higher.

can the mentally ill sign contracts

This is what voids the contract that clears michael elbe of ANY wrongdoing in regards to the purchase and sale of 2043 elm st, quincy, il 62301.

Cora Newbold has been and is mentally disabled. He and his attorney, both knew of it BEFORE she prompted him to have Cora and I sign the contract. It was in order for cora to receive the remaining $12,500 of the gift.

A release of claims was never spoken of until a week before the contract was suggested.

Lannerd also made sure that she put in that cora was mentally stable and that she couldn't claim duress.

Cora had no idea what she was signing...She's not a lawyer and had no time to get one for the purpose of reviewing the clearance of claims. That was the only day she was allowed to sign it or the deal was off, according to Lannerd.

We weren't allowed to leave with the contract unsigned.

That's why I filed an investigation against Lannerd

Remember, that it was mandated by Larry Ehmen that she receive the gift in order for Elbe to obtain the title to the house. That was the deal.

Larry wanted to do that just to motivate Elbe to recover his money by selling the house. Knowing that in his mind that we could never pay it back to redeem our home.

Elbe tried getting out of giving Cora the remaining $12,500 by using it a as a rent credit (charging us $700 per month) so we could stay at the house. Such a sly dog. But I saw it...

(see rental scenarios)

Taking the house away from us in the end was Ehmens motive. But as I always say. House thief Larry has always been a creep in my book...

Larry has been buying peoples delinquent taxes and taking their homes for the last 8 years...

persuant to mike elbe fax on 3 25 2013

Here is the evidence showing the truth.  Mike Elbe was made aware that Cora Newbold has a claim pending with Social Security regarding her mental issues. A claim with the use of an attorney that dates back to 2012. Cora was a student that the College he worked. He was well aware of her condition prior to his actions regarding the home and his attorney mandating Cora sign a release of claims for her to get her gift. Cora had no clue what it meant. All that she knew was that it had to be signed in order for her to get what was hers anyway.

The gift was part of a mandate by Larry Ehmen for Elbe to acquire the title to 2043 Elm. Cora Newbold, Sean Heeger and their son currently reside there.

Rental agreement proposals presented by Mike Elbe will be provided here at a future date. He wanted to use the remaining $12,500 for a rental credit for sean, cora and their son instead of giving them the full amount of $25,000 as it was agreed to give her.

Elbe wanted to get the title of the house and did before he would give Cora the rest of the money. He claimed there was a tax issue. then when he sold the house to Frank waldhause this year, the tax issue mysteriously disappeared.

So why would anyone need a release of claims to be signed by Cora AND SEAN if they weren't doing anything wrong?

Cora only received $24,500 instead of the full $25,000 as it was agreed by elbe and ehmen.

Mikes attorney, Amy Lannerd made the claim in the clearance of claims that I was saying and writing online bad things about mike elbe. I was forced to sign it or cora wouldn't get the gift.

Cora & Sean,
I would have rather told you this on the phone or in person, but that was not an option.  As promised and in honoring my word in our agreement, I have decided to go ahead and gift you the $12,500. Throughout our discussions, I have concluded that I did not want to rent to you nor did I want to evict you from the house. Therefore, I decided to sell the house for what my accountant told me would be my break-even point.  Today, I agreed and sold the house to Frank Waldhaus of Quincy. He purchased the property without seeing the inside, without any inspections or any appraisals.  He is a local gentleman who has other rental properties and I told him about your interest in renting the house. In addition, I have informed him that I will be gifting you the $12,500 so you should have a sufficient amount of money to pay rent.  He will be stopping by tomorrow to speak with you and provide appropriate documentation that he purchased the house.  Although he will make the final decision, I have asked him to talk with you about renting and keep an open mind.
My attorney has advised me and will prepare a “Release of Claims” document meaning this check for Cora will complete my part of our agreement.  A check made out to Cora in the amount of $12,500 will be at her office next week.  Both of you will need to sign the form at her office and they will provide you with the check and the final gift of $12,500.

true help

What cora and I wanted to do was have mike get our Home redeemed and us pay him back for redeeming it. But Patty Adam and Mike had other plans for themselves and us. They suggested moving us into a run down trailer. I mean, if you had seen it you would have puked. You could smell the sewer backed up from the street (and this was in the winter time). There was food left out rotting as well as food left in the fridge and rodents everywhere. All while we had our son (who was only a month old) if we moved in.  They suggested it as a fixer. But the amount we were getting was only enough to buy it.  Mike wasn't going to give us the remaining $12,500 until next year due to his claim of a tax rule not allowing it. But decided to do so now and demands that an "I haven't wronged you" clearance of claims paper be signed before Cora gets the $12,500.

We had to sign the paper under duress and we brought that to Amy's attention. So she put that in the contract to make that we couldn't duress. My opinion is that she's and aiding and abetting lawyer that takes advantage of people (Cora) with limited mental capabilities.

PALM GARDENS METH AREA TRAILER

Patty was due to profit from the sale of the trailer.. Most likely Mike gave her a piece of the action $$$ anyway.

Larry Ehmen the House Thief

And his response is not to work something out with me.

Contract for Deed

This one of those things that mike failed to mention. Cora would be getting her disability backpay and with the gifts, we could have recovered our home. But as always, a ruthless shark in dolphins skin made sure that we didn't have enough all at once to make that happen. It was all just stall tactics with Dean Peters being used to get in the door. Oh, Dene offered me $40,000 for my house then Mike ran him off and offered me $50,000. I could, among other things,  have had a bidding war between those two. But mike made sure that didn't happen by telling Dene that I didn't have to decide now. Then walked out and talked to him on the street.

Here's the sales contract that he threw at me a few days later. Then claimed to go back and forth with larry ehnen

I mean really. The guy gets $102,000 salary working as the vice president of JWCC.edu.

So how much is too much....Especially when you prey on the ignorance of a disabled student.

All I know is that his character defect was riding high.

The Larry files (Twin Mills Investments) that prove that I tried to pay my real estate taxes but wasn't allowed to unless I had the lump sum. I even pleaded with him to let me make payments.

This is why Larry is the Property Predator

Mike Elbe goes against agreement

See today's fax that outlines Mike Elbe's deception and greed towards one of his students at John Wood Community College. I wasn't sure that Administrators should get involved in student's lives on a personal level or let alone, profiteer off of them. And yes, Cora has been a student since 2010. I don't recall any school policy on this type of swooping down and preying on a student's despairs. Especially when she has a 4 month old son.
